Please bring your student, birth certificate, immunization record and proof of address. They will spend a few minutes with a teacher who will assess their skills and give you insights on how you can help them be ready for school in the fall. Students must be 5 by September 1st.

There is an online portion to complete. Go to nsd131.org and click on Enroll. Go to Kindergarten Registration 2019 and follow the instructions. Thank you!
